Job Responsibilities
  • Lease entry/booking of equipment contracts including import review, sales tax verification and invoice generation
  • Assist in the accounts receivable process
  • Assist in the accounts payable process
  • Provide support of collection team with adjustment/issues of booked leases
  • Assist with title vehicle E-title process
  • Upload documents into SharePoint
  • Enter Insurance policy information into CRM
  • Suggest improvements and assist in the automation of manual and other processes to improve the accounting workflow process
Job Requirements
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a plus)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Minimum of five years related work experience
• Must be able to multi-task
• Possess a positive, energetic and detailed oriented attitude
• Ability to work well in a high volume business environment
• Stability of employment
