Job Description

We’re looking for a Data/Web Engineer who will be responsible for working on client projects developing ETL using Azure’s frameworks and nice to have Machine Learning experience. This person will be developing in C#, working on creating and maintaining pipeline architectures across various datasets, designing and implementing data delivery automations, building ETL process, working with Stakeholders, and more while using the latest Azure Cloud and other related technologies

Job Responsibilities

Create and maintain an optimal pipeline architecture for various datasets
Develop in C#
Design and implement internal process improvements for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automation
Working with different stakeholders to assist with data technical issues
Work with other members of Data Analytics team to develop business workflows that will help us make better decisions and be more efficient in our daily work
Coordinate development of test data, system testing, and documentation for all phases of our data migration processes (ETL)
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
Support users by developing thorough and complete documentation
Build optimized data sets and ETL data pipelines
Perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement
Build pipelines covering transformation, workload management, various data structures, dependency, and metadata
Build infrastructure for ETL of data from internal as well as external data sources using Azure and SQL technologies

Job Requirements

5-8 + years of experience in data analysis using query tools required
Strong Tableau report building skills
Experience with SQL queries to retrieve data
Experience with dashboard reporting
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and manipulate data from various sources, including databases & data warehouses
Ability to gather business requirements and translate to technical specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, Statistics,Computer Science, or Business with an analytics focus
Strong analytic/problem-solving, documentation, and prioritization skills
A desire to learn new things and an ability to adapt to change and innovation
Ability to work on a team and manage individual prioritized workload
Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)
Knowledge of any ETL Tool e.g. ADF
